Limited Warranty

Applies to: All Antenna and RF Components products sold by HL Global Corp in the United States, through its Hypersignal Brand.

1. LIMITED WARRANTY

HL Global Corp (“the Company”) warrants to the original end-user purchaser (“Customer”) that its Hypersignal antenna products and RF Components (“the Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase, unless otherwise specified in writing.

This Limited Warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1.1 Coverage

This warranty covers the repair or replacement of any Product found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

1.2 Warranty Duration

The standard warranty period is one (1) year from the original purchase date. Proof of purchase is required. Extended warranty periods may apply for specific products, as indicated in the product documentation or at the time of sale.

1.3 What Is Covered

  • Defects in materials and workmanship

  • Manufacturing faults that affect product functionality

  • Antenna performance degradation not caused by external damage

1.4 What Is Not Covered

  • Physical damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized alterations

  • Damage caused by improper installation or maintenance

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

  • Environmental damage including water, lightning, or other natural disasters

  • Use of the product with incompatible or third-party equipment

1.5 Remedies

If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, the Company will,

at its discretion:

  • Repair the Product using new or refurbished parts

  • Replace the Product with a new or refurbished product

  • Refund the original purchase price (if replacement or repair is not possible)

1.6 Limitations

The Company is not responsible for any data loss, service interruption, or economic loss arising from the use of the Product.
