Product Return Policy

Applies to: All Antenna and RF Components products sold by HL Global Corp in the United States, through its Hypersignal Brand.

1. PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

30-Day Return Period:

Products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund or replacement, subject to the following conditions:

  • Product must be in new, unused condition with original packaging

  • Proof of purchase from an authorized dealer must be provided

  • All accessories and documentation must be included

Restocking Fee:

A 15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or special-order antennas

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

2. RETURN AND WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

Step 1: Contact Support

Before proceeding with product return, please give us a quick call at 1-800-XXX-XXXX.

Our technical experts are ready to diagnose the problem and most issues can be resolved quickly.

Email our support team at [email protected] or call 1-800-XXX-XXXX to initiate a return or warranty claim. Please include:

  • Proof of purchase from an authorized dealer

  • Description of the issue

  • Product model and serial number

Step 2: Obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

If eligible, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

Step 3: Ship the Product

Send the product to the designated return center, using a trackable shipping method. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the package. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Also, please consider shipping insurance for items over $70, we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned product.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product. Liability is limited to the original purchase price of the Product.

4. GOVERNING LAW

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
